‘FIT 15’ is a circuit-based program that is designed to help parents, busy professionals, and anyone else, spend less time in the gym and more time where they are needed most. All the workouts in this program are quick and effective, lasting no more than 15-20 minutes and targets either the upper, lower, or full body.
Within these 10 weeks I have included many brand new circuits, as well as, some of my most popular!

Intermediate.
What you need:
- 1-2 Kettlebells: These workouts will all be single kettlebell, therefore only one is needed; however, having access to a variety of weights will be ideal for proper progression. In this case I’d recommend the following:
- One light to moderate weight (you should be able to press this weight overhead with one arm 5-8 times).
- One moderate to heavy weight (you should be able to squat this weight 5-8 times).
- A place to workout
