During this program you will work on establishing a solid base of strength and mobility while improving movement patterns to support your overall training in future kettlebell programs.

What you need:
- Two Kettlebells:
- One light to moderate weight (you should be able to press this weight overhead with one arm 5-8 times).
- One moderate to heavy weight (you should be able to squat this weight 5-8 times).
- A place to workout
