Designed for those new to kettlebell training.
*Previous completion of my 4-week program "NEWBIE GAINZ" is recommended, though not required.
What you need:
- Two Kettlebells:
- One moderate weight (you should be able to press this weight overhead with one arm 5-8 times).
- One heavy weight (you should be able to squat this weight 5-8 times when held in the racked position).
- A place to workout
