With four weekly workouts—focused on upper body, lower body, and full-body movements—and in-video written guidance to ensure proper form, this program builds strength, enhances movement patterns, and boosts confidence, offering a smooth and approachable path toward more advanced kettlebell training.

Beginner.

Experience required?

Designed for those new to kettlebell training.

*Previous completion of my 4-week program "NEWBIE GAINZ" is recommended, though not required.

What you need:

  • Two Kettlebells:
    • One moderate weight (you should be able to press this weight overhead with one arm 5-8 times).
    • One heavy weight (you should be able to squat this weight 5-8 times when held in the racked position).
  • A place to workout
